Registration Fee Includes

Event welcome kit.
Welcome cocktail (Wednesday, June 10, 2026).
Access to the trade show (June 10-12, 2026).
Access to the conference sessions (June 11-12, 2026).
Lunches and Refreshments:
- - - Non-Member Rate: Includes lunches and refreshments during the 3 days of the event (June 10-12, 2026).
    - Resident Rate and Nurse and Physical Therapist Rate: Includes lunches and refreshments during the 2 days of the conference (June 11-12, 2026).

Important Considerations

The registration fee is valid on the date payment is made.
After February 16th, 2026, registration fees increase.
To apply for the resident rate, applicants must upload proof of participation at the time of registration.
To apply for the Nursing or Physical Therapist rate, proof of transfer fees must be provided upon registration.
For bank transfers, transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender and must be paid in addition to the selected rate.
Tours are available for conference participants and one accompanying person.
The non-member rate includes participation in courses on June 10, 2026.
Resident and physiotherapist rates require payment to participate in the courses.

Cancellation Policies

Up to 90 days before arrival date: full refund less bank charges.
Up to 60 days before arrival date: a $50.00 fee plus bank charges will be charged.
Less than 60 days before arrival date: no refund.
Cancellations and changes must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat.
