Important Considerations

The registration fee is valid on the date payment is made.
After January 31, 2026, registration fees increase.
To apply for the resident rate, applicants must upload proof of participation at the time of registration.
To apply for the Nursing or Physical Therapist rate, proof of transfer fees must be provided upon registration.
For bank transfers, transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender and must be paid in addition to the selected rate.
Sightseeing Tours are available for conference participants and one accompanying person.
Pre-Congress Courses on June 10, 2026, are included in registration fee.

Cancellation Policies

Up to 90 days before arrival date: full refund less bank charges.
Up to 60 days before arrival date: a $50.00 fee plus bank charges will be charged.
Less than 60 days before arrival date: no refund.
Cancellations and changes must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat.
