Guidelines for Submitting Abstracts

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES, GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Special Considerations:

Before submitting the abstract, the author must create an account within the abstract system on the Conference website. Once the confirmation or acceptance email is received (April 9, 2026), the registration fee must be paid. Authors will have 15 days to register and pay the registration fee.

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Abstracts accepted for poster presentation will receive further details after acceptance.

Abstracts that do not conform to the established guidelines will not be accepted at the conference, and the author will be notified.

Important: Presenters may only present a maximum of two abstracts.
